New business launch seeking a high quality virtual assistant that can help me with administrative tasks and technology management. The position is temporary and part time, and will start at 10 hours per week. There is potential for this position to become a full-time job based on the current needs of my business.
The applicant should have the following skills:
- Basic virtual assistant tasks, such as managing my content and keeping it organized
- Transferring web content into a word document
- Keeping track of all of the updates, and implementing web updates in Kajabi
- Building courses in Kajabi
- Video editing via Final Cut Pro X
- Social Media Content Calendar
- Social Media Marketing
- Instagram Ads,
- YouTube Channel Creation
- Logo Design
- Graphic Design in applications like Canva or Photoshop
- Podcast editing, uploading, and transcription
- Transcription of videos
- Keeping track of Expenses and Sales (Quickbooks)
- Proofreading content
- Writing blogs,
- YouTube Channel Art
- LinkedIn Management
- SEO
- Building a Shopify Website
