Graphic Designer Desktop Publisher Magazine

Graphic Designer / Desktop Publisher needed to create a monthly magazine. We supply you all the articles and the photos. The ideal candidate will be excellent in PhotoShop as well as page layout and design.

SUBJECT MATTER:
Open Water Swimming Magazine

PDF MAGAZINE:
The final product is a monthly magazine in PDF format. Each monthly issue will have 30 pages. The pages will be PNG format 144 dpi at 612 points (wide) by 792 points (high). The ideal file size will be between 14MB and 20MB.

PNG GRAPHICS:
Every final page in the PDF will be a flattened PNG image so that the fonts and text look the same on all devices. In other words, the text will not be click selectable in the final version of the magazine, because each page will be a PNG graphic.

IMAGE QUALITY:
Viewing the pages at 200% will still look good on the screen, because the resolution will still be 72 dpi even when it is viewed at 200%. The resolution will be 144 dpi when it is viewed at 100%.
