I am a real estate investor looking to buy homes,
you will be calling leads asking if I can buy their home
We are currently searching for a Social Media Assistant that is also a General VA for our company. Assistant must be able to track, analyze, and measure the effectiveness of new and existing content to find out what gets the most engagement with our ideal clients and strategize a plan to increase engagement.

You must have an excellent written and verbal English skills and enjoy interacting with customers. We are looking for someone who is keen to meet deadlines, communicates clearly and consistently, works diligently, and takes direction well.

Must have prior experience working with different social media accounts and can do admin tasks as well.

you will also be reaching them via social media (facebook, etc.)
You'll also be looking in classifieds for people looking to sell or rent their homes (craigslist, backpage, etc.)
you will be mailing letters to them.
and a few more easy tasks I just have no time in handling myself..

You will be my personal VA not just a sales person
