Shopify Developer - Work from Home – Project based

We are currently searching for a Shopify Developer to rebuild website in Shopify and be a key member of our team. This role is for immediate hire and will commence by or before first week of March 2019. This role is 100% remote with probable extension for future projects for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
• Create a Shopify theme which allows for future pages to be built easily with the drag & drop elements.
• Rebuild the content pages over to Shopify (10 pages).
• Build, implement and test new website features.
• Test and optimise sites for desktop, mobile, cross-browser compatibility.

Skill Set Required
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Shopify Development.
• Experience working with 3rd party services and APIs, specifically plugins for Shopify.
• Knowledge of Shopify best practices.
• Must be able to code for custom development as opposed to using existing Shopify templates.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with proven ability to communicate complex ideas and to design and document projects in clear, concise way.
• Strong ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, Excellent follow-up, project and time management skills.
