JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a unique individual who can play a key role at a startup company. This will be a challenging position requiring you to work independently, take initiative, and apply creative thinking to serious business problems.
This position will involve handling customer service by email and phone support, as well as assisting with web promotion tasks.

Work hours will be 9am and 5pm Pacific Time (GMT-8), which corresponds to midnight to 8am Manila time, for five days a week (Monday - Friday).

Requirements:
- Highly motivated, organized, and consistent
- Must have fluent written and spoken English
- Must ensure fast response time on tickets
- Must be willing to learn + perform a variety of tasks

Task include:
- Providing top-notch support to customers
- Overseeing system and billing operations
- Performing online marketing + SEO tasks
- Experimenting with creative web marketing techniques

Pay will be administered through oDesk with a starting salary of $3/hr, plus monthly bonuses based on a profit share of the business.
