Google Suite, Mail Chimp, Social Media and data entry

JOB OVERVIEW

We are a chiropractic centre with 3 locations.

We are looking for a General VA with great attention to detail and highly skilled in Google Suite.

You will build Google Forms, design Google Sheets for KPIs measurement and dashboards using Google Data Studio.

You will also use Google Suite to automate work flows including team training modules, invoicing etc.

You will also manage settings/users and updates in our Practice Management Software "Spinalogic" and online appointment book "Zurilli". Training on this will be provided.

You will also manage our WordPress site - updating with blog posts and creating landing pages. You will be doing social media posts and send emails to our customer database to promote the business as well as perform other general VA duties.

You should be RELIABLE, and gets work done FAST and ACCURATE.

You should be good at following instructions and documenting processes.

You should have a reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop to perform your online work.

You must possess the following qualities:
- Have prior experience as general VA
- Can follow instructions clearly
- Report to work on time
- Execute tasks with minimal supervision
- Complete tasks on time
- Honest and reliable
- Quick in learning new skills
- Find a way

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
-Very Proficient in Google Sheets - design and manage spreadsheets
- Speak and write EXCELLENT English
- Fast typing skills
- WordPress content management
- Social media management
- Email support
- Web research
- Data entry
- SEO experience is a PLUS
