We are an E-Commerce business, We are looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant to join our team with opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer email inquiries, such as complaints, order cancellation and shipping status.
2. Respond to comments and Messages on social media – Facebook / Instagram

Some requirements for this position:
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Ability to deal with disgruntled or dissatisfied customers professionally
- Someone who enjoys working with others on a team
- Experience in a Customer Support environment
- Backup desktop or laptop, backup internet connection
- You will only work one job.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about helping the company grow
- Willing to share ideas to improve efficiencies and quality of our products and services

Technical Requirements:
- Good computer setup with Chrome browser
- minimum of 4gb RAM
- Stable high-speed internet connection (at least 5-10 mbps)
- Stable power supply in your area
- Noise cancellation headset
- Skype account
