Book Designer (Content and Cover) for Kindle Direct Publishing

hi, i need someone to convert a Google Docs file into an indesign file or anything else that will result in a file that I can upload to Kindle Direct Publishing so I can do Print On Demand and sell through Amazon like we used to be able to when CreateSpace worked so nicely.
I need you to work with me to get the template appropriate for my book, then execute. I need you to design a cover file for me too.
