An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated professional to join an established financial planning division of a leading professional services firm in Australia (we have offices in Sydney, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Taipei). As a business owner, I am looking for a self-motivated and loyal team member to:
1. provide assist to me and clients across personal risk insurance, investments, retirement planning and superannuation including SMSF
2. update our management system (we use Worksorted) for client's data collection and marketing purpose
3. Prepare strategy notes, financial needs analysis and application forms to execute SoA's strategies
4. Prepare simple Statement of Advice (we outsource 90% of SoA to a paraplanner, therefore no need to learn any FP software e.g. Xplan)
5. Do research and quotation for fees/costs comparison
6. Prepare compliance checklist
7. help adviser to keep things under control - FDS, File Note, Review etc
8. Communicate with clients for due dates, what they need to do, and follow up any missing information/signature on documents
9. Assist ongoing Review process (follow up, documents and executing application forms etc)

I expect you should have:
1. many years experience in preparing SoA, RoA and compliance documents for financial advisers
2. demonstrated Financial Planning administrative skills
3. an understanding of compliance regulations in Australia
4. RG146 qualification
5. strong demonstrated experience dealing with a broad range of Superannuation, Insurance and Investment products
6. You speak and writing excellent English
7. You are a team player
8. Use FP management software (preferably Worksorted)
9. knowledge of Microsoft Office365
