Virtual assistant - Marketing and customer service ( PA)

What we are looking for
We are looking for a committed Marketing VA who will be willing to grow with us, and who will give his/her best to help achieve a common goal to be “The World’s Biggest Coffee Company”. The best candidate should be confident and experienced at the following areas:
1. Communication Skill – conversational English, as a Marketing VA you will need to call, communicate and build rapport to our existing and prospective clients.
2. Sales experience – Conduct KYC base on standards, an experience with the Coffee industry, worked in a coffee shop, barista, coffee machine or being a coffee enthusiast is preferred
3. SEO & Copywriting – you will need to have experience writing blog content, are keen to details, with writing experience, and a working knowledge of SEO, and how to build traffic to all our web presence.
4. Social Media Management – A working knowledge of most of the social media platforms, as you will be managing our social media presence (FB, IG, Twitter, Pinterest, & LinkedIN)
5. Basic photo editing and video editing – Good to have, for your will be creating content for our social media accounts, must have eye for good design and concept to help manage merchandise design etc.
The following will give you more advantage from the rest:
- Project Management experience and skill
- CRM experience
- Wordpress experience
- A work experience from the Coffee Industry

- Sales pipeline management through the CRM
- Sales calls, follow-ups, and appointment setting to clients and potential clients
- Managing contractors, suppliers etc.
- Social media posting
- Email marketing
- Blog posting
