We are a small boutique studio with a massive potential for growth. We are a high end post-production studio based in Los Angeles and Davao PH (Yes, we are local as well!) which specializes in photo retouching, color grading and 3D work. Our work is seen globally with an elite client roster list.

Our normal operating hours are between the hours of 9am - 6pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday. (Flexibility based on workload and client needs)
As a Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
Administrative/ Client Service
1. Return
2. Schedule meetings with clients, team, daily calendar and similar tasks
3. Serve as a point of contact for other team members
4. Handle website portfolio updates (we use Squarespace for our website, it's pretty easy!)
5. Find and engage potential clients
6. Travel Planning
*Please note that you will not handle all mentioned responsibilities at once. You will have specific tasks/goals depending on your skills and timelines.
Minimum technical requirements include:
1. Your own PC/Mac/Laptop
2. Stable internet connection
3. Good working mic, headset, and laptop or desktop camera
*Knowledge of Photoshop is a HUGE plus but not mandatory
