On and Off Page SEO and Social Media Marketing Expert

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to review my job posting.

I'm currently seeking an on and off page optimization specialist to assist me in my SEO and Social Media campaigns.

This is a full-time position (40hr/week/5 days a week) that is expected to start in March. I've set a later start date to allow enough time to find the right candidate. There's a lot of people out there that think they know link building, but I've only ever met a handful of individuals (including myself) that are good at it. Are you good at it? Tell me how. Additionally it would be an asset if you had experience in generating quality social media signals and engagement through Google +, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. Some experience as a Wordpress developer would also be considered an asset. When you submit your application please list and rank your skills on a scale of 1 to 10. I'd like to know in what areas you excel in and what areas you're not as strong.

What you'd be doing:

High quality link building using a set of specific techniques. The name of the game here is quality links that will stand the test of time (and Google algo updates). No quick solutions, just perfect, authoritative and diversified linking.
Blog posing.
Commenting (mainly for lead, or social engagement, encouraging others to leave comments on particular sites I run).
On page optimization.
Campaign moderation.
Generating high quality social links and signals by posting on forums, social platforms and generating social engagement.
Occasionally writing reviews for Google places.
Other tasks that have yet to be defined.
