JOB OVERVIEW

Your Role:

As the company’s outbound B2B Sales Specialist, you will be a part of a team of sales agents exploring, qualifying and engaging new B2B customers. You will be working directly with the Sales Team Lead.


Key Responsibilities:

-Qualify the online leads by looking closely at business to business prospects.
-Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to customers
-Process orders and answer client queries via email or phone.
-Create quotes, negotiate discounts and issue invoices as needed to close the deal.
-Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices.
-Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
-Learn how products work, services rendered, and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
-Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Required Qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 years experience of sales, logistics, accounting, or operations
-Fluent in English: written & speaking (minimal accent)
-Adept with Skype, Hangouts, Google Apps, MS Office, Quickbooks, and other same tools
-Track record of excellent performance metrics
-Work from home or any virtual location with stable and fast internet
