You’re the first person our potential sellers speak to.

- Our company will provide you with stability & growth. To us, you’re not just an “agent” but a-part of our family.

- Guaranteed 20 hrs. a week which means you will have the stability and comfort of knowing you’re not just working a project by project type job but working towards the opportunity to grow within our business.

- You will receive $1 for every qualified lead. – Don’t look at it as just a phone call ---------- e from a place when speaking with the seller that you’re there to help them – Listening to their needs and concerns regardless of the rejections you will incur.

- After you build that connection and our team officially closes that deal you will then receive $50 commission per every closed deal – Again, look at what you’ve done above to help that seller and appreciate the value you provided to them.

Bonuses are paid on the last day of the month.

- We will go over KPI’s and make sure the leads that are coming in aren't just any lead but a well-qualified lead. We must make sure you can show us that you're a people person and can develop a conversation between you and the potential seller with being able to handle rejections.
