JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

We're looking to hire a virtual assistant to begin helping us coordinate and organize the systems in our business. We are a US based e-commerce company that sells physical products on our website, Amazon, and in retail stores. We are looking to expand our reach into new sales channels and are growing quickly.

I would like to bring someone on full time to ensure full investment into our company. I intend to fully train you on the tasks below but having experience and skill is definitely preferred and will make things much easier. What are we looking for?

Amazon Management:
- Customer Service (responding to message, negative reviews, exchange requests)
- Tracking product inventory & create reports for what needs to be reordered
- Identify products that need to be reordered & create order for me
- Fix/relist supressed listings
- Tracking competitor products/sales
- Keyword Research
- Amazon listing creation and optimization
- Sourcing suppliers & coordinating information with me

These are the main Amazon tasks but there will be others

Other tasks will include:

- Live chat responses
- Customer service emails within Helpscout (software we use)
- Experience with email management/software (mailchimp/klaviyo)
- Managing calendar for the business/personal
