JOB OVERVIEW
Our ecommerce company is looking for a customer service rep to work between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time from Monday through Friday. Our company has been in business for 6 years and we are looking for a long term employee.
Daily tasks include phone and
Here are the main daily tasks:
1) Phone support. Customers will call to ask questions about our products or ask questions about their order (about 10 calls a day)
2)
3) Process orders. You will need to process all the orders that come in (about 10 orders a day)
4) Post about our products on related beauty and hair forums and blogs.
5) Troubleshooting any problems. For example, maybe a product arrived damaged. You will need to work with customers to help fix the problem using a standard reply, and forward the problem to us.
6) Online Live chat with customers answering questions about our product and service
7) Various social media tasks like posting to 5 social media Instagram accounts, and engage in social media by responding to comments on our post and other peoples post.
8) Post on google post everyday
Key Skills
-Fluent English (written and verbal)
-Detail oriented (makes sure everything gets done)
-Can handle pressure and unhappy customers if something goes wrong and resolve any issues.
-Technical knowledge NOT needed (my products are very simple)
-Enthusiasm and good attitude (very important!!!)
-You NEED to be a problem solver. Someone who takes responsibility and solves problems yourself.
We are looking for someone who can be with us LONG TERM. Hours are consistently everyday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST so you will have a very stable pay check. If you do a great job, you will be with us for years with yearly raises and bonuses depending on performance.
