Website Designer / Design Team Director!

We are looking at expanding our Filipino design team so we need a full-time expert web designer / design team director, that has a proven track record with designing marketing websites.

You role will be to help direct our design team along side our other design managers, to produce quality website designs for our clients to increase their conversions.

Your Skill Requirements:

- You must be a creative and talented website designer with a polished current portfolio.
- You must have a proven track record of creating awesome looking, custom website designs.
- You must understand how to design websites that focus on conversions & marketing funnels for website design.
- You must be highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- You must be able to design websites in Adobe Illustrator.


Your Requirements:

- You will work from your own location.
- You must have fast & reliable computer.
- You must have fast & reliable internet connection.
- You must work during weekdays only and within standard business hours.
- You must be set up for occasional video / audio calls with our team and managers.
- You must have good English speaking & writing skills.
- You must have a paid Dropbox account ($10 p/month)
- You must be set up for Skype calls with our team and managers
- You will liaise with our clients via our support desk.
- You must be able to direct our designers to get great results.
- You will work under our other design managers to manage our team.

This is a rare opportunity for you to design websites for a design agency and its awesome clients, from the comfort of your own home.

The position will start with a fully paid 2 week trial period to see how well you can design first before we test you at directing the design team. If your performance and talent is suitable we will offer you a permanent full-time position. Then over the next month we will ease you into directing the other designers.

The salary for this position is PHP 50,000 p/month (PHP 12,500 paid weekly into your Paypal)
