LOOKING FOR SKIP TRACING AND DATA CLEANING ON EXCEL SHEETS

I am looking for someone who can clean my .CSV excel sheets of blanks, etc. And also Skip Trace the data to help me find accurate phone numbers for the leads which on on those lists. I'll also need someone to transfer data into my CRM from time to time as well.
