Full time Craigslist ad posting for a realtor

Do you know how to post multiple ads on Craigslist and make it stick? I am looking for a skilled Craigslist ad poster, or someone that is very good at solving problems. Posting adds on craigslist and successfully required a strong desire to succeed. It requires a high degree of tenacity and persistence.

I am looking for someone who already has experience with this, or who wants to learn how to be a successful member of our team. If you have additional marketing skills that is a plus!
