Competent Project Manager needed for Residential Real Estate Renovation

Looking to hire a construction project manager to coordinate, in collaboration with me, all remaining aspects of a house renovation including budgeting; identifying, scheduling, bidding, hiring and managing subs; sourcing materials; scheduling inspections; and anything required to complete the renovation project.

This is a ~100 year old, single-family, residential unit in the Cooper Young neighborhood of Memphis, TN which means it is required to meet the historic district requirements for that neighborhood.

The PM is a self-starter and proactively stays on top of scheduling, anticipating needs and scheduling conflicts, minimizing problems and conflicts that happen day-of because of poor planning.

The PM creates a schedule and sticks to it, making adjustments and notifying subs who are affected as changes come to light. The project flows fluidly without major impediment.
The PM creates (or improves existing) documents and standards for how to project manage this type of (higher end) project going forward.

The PM is highly organized and scheduled and has natural and unrushed (but scheduled) workflows for approvals for me, ensuring the project moves along in a scheduled but unhurried, unfrenzied manner.

My involvement with the project is focused on decision making and approvals rather than day to day scheduling (or having to ask for updates day to day).
