Customer Service / Intake Specialist

Gathers information from and provides information to prospective customer in order to begin the process of offering service.

Answers all incoming calls within company guidelines (e.g., speed to answer, call quality, etc.).

Gathers and/or confirms all order intake information necessary from customer to move forward with the process of delivery ---------- monstrates high quality in calls and documentation of customer records.

Promotes a great impression for the organization with the customer (e.g., provides education on the product, explains the process, sets expectations, etc.)
