JOB OVERVIEW

We need somebody to monitor our support email address for our company (we sell online courses). The person will be doing customer service for us: handling login issues like password resets and course enrollments, handling customer complaints well, refund requests, facebook group join requests, etc.

We need the person to be:
- Very good at written English
- Able to provide good customer service (handle customers well)
- Can start immediately
