Software QA Testing Full-Time Position (mobile apps, websites etc)

Hi there! Why are you the perfect Software QA Tester for our websites and mobile apps?

We are a tech startup looking for a product tester for our mobile apps and websites that is highly proficient in testing across browsers, phone types etc and can speak fluent english on the phone. Please let us know why you are the perfect person for this job, and the level 1-10 of the below ---------- is important for us that we find someone that is highly dedicated and is looking for a full-time + long term commitment. We are looking to bring on someone that will stay with us at least for 1-2 + years. Also, we are looking for someone that can write a lot of comments, so your English level should be relatively high to compete for this position.

Questions:
1. Have you ever done app testing before? Websites? For how many years?
2. What tools do you use to track bugs?
3. Do you have access to android and iphones for testing? (not just simulators)
4. Are you available on a full-time basis?
5. Are you fluent in english? If not, skill level 1-10?
6. Can you agree to our salary (See note below)

Salary Note: This position starts at 10,000/month, $15,000/month in Oct, and $20,000/month going into Jan 2020.
