Chat Customer Service with Fitness Knowledge/Experience

We are seeking a chat support specialist for an online fitness company. Job responsibilities include assisting new customers making online purchases and up-selling additional products and services, as well as assisting previous customers with additional support for previous purchases through our chat portal.

Responsibilities:
Providing Top-level chat support to new and existing customers
Making Sales and Up-sells on a consistent basis (sale commissions are provided)

Requirements
Excellent oral and written English Communication skills
Either Someone with fitness/nutrition education background or someone that is highly interested in personal fitness
Previous experience providing phone and/or Chat Support
Be will to work business hours Pacific Time (PST)
Able to work a minimum of 30 hours.
