Job Description:
Hello! I am a full time real estate investor in South, Florida. Our company has
been in business since 2013 and is growing quickly. I am in need of a top level executive assistant
to handle many different daily business and personal tasks for me and for our team.
Experience is preferred but NOT required, however, you must be quick to learn and willing to
challenge yourself and grow every day. All training will be provided as needed.
You will be expected to work along side of me (virtually) Monday thru Friday between the
hours of 9:00 am - 3:00 pm; Eastern Time (USA).
You will be paid hourly on a weekly basis, initially. Pay will include regular bonuses for each
deal our company closes. Pay and bonuses are negotiable and will grow as your skills and
abilities in the company do.
*You must be highly organized and have a high attention to detail
*You must have a positive attitude and proactive
*You must have excellent speaking and writing English skills
*You must have a consistent high speed internet connection
*You must be able to use video
*You must work and be available during USA (Eastern Time Zone) hours
*You must be comfortable with data entry and skilled at Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
*You must be willing to learn how to use tools like Podio, Slack, Evernote, Slybroadcast,
Google Docs, Google Voice, CallRail, CallFire, Mailchimp, Craigslist, and others
(All training will be provided as necessary)
Typical daily tasks:
-CRM data entry and management
-Form and document preparation
-Business process documentation and organization
-Marketing management and deployment
-Occasional phone calls (non-marketing) as needed in personal assistant role
-Regular business report preparation
