Social Media Manager

i'm looking for a social media manager, i mean someone to answer comments and private messages on a couple of facebook ---------- ssages are in different languages, so need to translate them using google translate, and the same for the answer.
I can provide a sort of "FAQ" with fixed answer
Ideally i need it give a look to the messages every hour for a few minutes (i think 10 minutes per hour are enough for the volume of messages we have). The only problem is your time zone. We are receiving messages from 10 am to 8 pm (GMT+1 time), so it's from 5pm to 3 am in your local time. So ideally i need a virtual assistent working for me for 10-15 minutes each hour, from 5 pm to 1 am (it's enough, i guess asking for 3 am it's too much eheh because it's late).
