• Hiring:
1-Posting our job ads on various platforms to look for new talent.
2-Processing incoming applicants and making decisions on whether to move them to the next stage.
3-Conducing phone interviews & carrying out recruitment tests.
4-Actively seeking & developing relationships with potential .
• Onboarding & Training
1- On-boarding new candidates.
2- Ensuring that the new candidates complete the training on time.
