We have been around for 7 years and have grown at a rapid pace over the years, pretty much doubling our turnover every year since we started out. Our typical clients tend to be large E-Commerce sellers. We are looking for Amazing people who share our core values of hunger for knowledge, problem solving, continuous development and problem-solving.
We already have some awesome team members based in the Philippines (some worked with us for 4 years + full time) and are looking to expand our Philippines team significantly as so far our Philippines based team members have been amazing.
Purpose:
To support the rapid growth of the company by helping the company hire A-Players who share our core values, effectively onboarding them & helping them having an amazing experience in the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Hiring:
? Posting our job ads on various platforms to look for new talent.
? Processing incoming applicants and making decisions on whether to move them to the next stage.
? Conducing phone interviews & carrying out recruitment tests.
? Actively seeking & developing relationships with potential A-Player candidates.
• Onboarding & Training
? On-boarding new candidates.
? Ensuring that the new candidates complete the training on time.
• Other HR Activities:
? Contributing to the promotion of company values & helping create a great work culture.
? Finding "Service providers" & consultants for ad-hoc needs.
? Looking at HR systems we can utilize for optimizing the HR Function.
Skill/Competencies Required
• Minimum 3 years of HR working experience and at least 1 year of Virtual working experience/
• Ability to think outside the box to create an amazing employee experience.
• Ability to call potential candidates and conduct Video phone interviews and remote interviews.
• Interpersonal skills.
