Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Looking for a Social Media manager for my personal accounts. I am a Hip-Hop artist and need somebody who is skilled at video editing and effects for social media content creating.

Requirements:
*Must be skilled at a program called "Buffer"
*Must be able to edit (Preferably Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects)
*Must be able to post at 10:00pm (EST) 2:00pm (EST) 5:00 (EST)
