JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring our first Virtual Assistant to be added to our current team of 3. We are looking for a generalist with experience in e-commerce to initially help with order processing, data entry and other basic operational tasks.

As the first Virtual Assistant in our team, the position has the potential for significant growth. We are looking to build a virtual team of employees who can help us run our business ---------- is very likely that our first hire will eventually lead the buildout of this team and eventually be responsible for managing a team of people in the Philippines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a full time VA, you will be responsible for: processing incoming orders in Shopify, following and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and responding to negative customer feedback. You MUST have strong communication skills in written English, good customer service experience, an eye for detail, a passion for learning and a willingness to adapt. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage incoming orders on Shopify platform
• Allocate orders for appropriate fulfillment using Ecomdash
• Pull tracking numbers from 3PL and add to orders
• Reconcile outbound shipments with website orders
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Develop and improve SOPs
• Regularly download reports and creating summarized reports
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
• Synchronizing product information across sales channels
• Monitor listings for changes and inefficiencies
• Respond to negative feedback from customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must be skilled in written English
• Proficient in: Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Drive.
• Well organized and adaptable
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Reliable Internet connection and computer
