Building land resercher

We are a uk Based property development company who are looking to increase our build program over the next 5 years. To help with this we need someone to research specific areas in the UK and find suitable parcels of land that could potentially be built on.

You will be using our specialist software package to identify parcels of land and then preparing a pack of documents that can sent to the sales manager for appraisal.

We would expect a minimum of 1 sales pack per day. A sample of the pack will be provided.

We will provide you with several hours of video based training plus the relevant manuals.

This is a long term full time position after a 1 week trail ( paid )

Rewards

$400 US dollars a month with potential to rise for the correct candidate.

Essential skills


Excellent written and spoken English
PC Literate
Has access to Microsoft office software and can use all programs ( excel , word etc )
Ability to create reports

Desirable skills

Knowledge of architecture
Knowledge of the uk realestate

Super desirable (

Knowledge of the UK planning system
