Friendly and detail oriented task master needed for research, data entry, and address confirmations

Two tasks:

1) Call 3,000 US-based colleges/universities and confirm the mailing address of the marketing manager contact we supply. Update any addresses that are incorrect. Update any contact names that are incorrect. Phone number provided.

2) Input the # of website visitors to all 3,000 colleges/universities using a website visitor tool called SEMRush. Login and website for SEMRush supplied.
