Graphic Artist - Web Designer

I'm looking for a graphic artist with both illustrator or InDesign skills as well as HTML skills.
I have numerous pdf brochures called State Guides to get designed and I'd like to redo the ---------- website. I also need landing pages for webinars campaigns from time to time and perhaps some email design.
