Flo are a leading supplier of software and back-office support services to UK businesses operating in the temporary staffing sector. Our clients provide Drivers, Office, Industrial and Healthcare staff on both temporary and permanent assignments to the private and public sectors.

Due to our extensive network of clients within the UK we have opportunities available for entrepreneurial individuals to work with us to set up their own Staffing Agency, supplying temporary workers to our existing client base. Your staffing agency would be run as an independent business, with you as the sole Director, but we would support you to get it off the ground, and help with the admin once it becomes established.

We provide you with the, the system and all the support you need. We also provide the software platform, leads and expertise, to get your business up and running and supplying temporary workers as quickly as possible. We invoice and collect monies on your behalf, with you receiving your share of the income/profits after we have taken our Head Office support/admin fees.

Working from home, for as little as 1 or 2 hour a week, as a Director of your own staffing business you would be responsible for the admin and company secretary support for your branch, such as signing contracts with temp employees, suppliers and customers. You will also be responsible for signing off on HMRC and Companies House documents such as VAT Tax returns and Annual Returns.

There is no initial joining fee, and we only charge our Head office admin and support fees if you are actually trading and making profit. You will never be left out of pocket!

In general you should be expected to take home around at least £1,000 a year minimum for a maximum of 2 hours work a week which can be managed from an internet connected mobile phone.
