We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and smart Customer Experience Specialists (CXS) who can provide friendly and efficient services to our client’s hospitality community. As a CXS, you will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.

The Ideal Candidate

Completed at least two (2) years in college (with no back subjects)
Minimum of 6 months BPO tenure
Strong English communication skills; written and spoken
Positive, self-motivated and energetic
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
Can work in Ortigas, Pasig City or Sheridan, Mandaluyong City
