What I need is someone who has experience producing a workable set of plans using Chief Architect X10 or X11, who can be patient while putting my design ideas on paper.

Your creativity and ideas would be helpful too!

I don’t expect this to be a quick project as I am not 100% sure exactly what I want but will pay as we go.

***Cost is a factor for me as well***

I am probably NOT the right candidate for a high-end professional.
