Data Uploader Calendar uploader Craigslist poster I am looking for two people

I am looking for a data entry administrator for my website. He/She will upload details and photos of my apartments and have the calendars up to speed. I also will want the person to speak good english and have a phone line as well as have proper grammar skills.
They will also have to place a watermark on the photos.
They will take down calls for the company from 7;30 pm eastern standard time for 8 hours a night. It basically creating a database of calls/emails in order for the reservation department to answer.
