JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for someone with experience with customer support and appointment setting. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have great communication skills.

Task include but not limited to:

Email
Support

Facebook
Messenger Chat Support
Phone Support
Qualifying Rental Leads & Set Showing Appointment
Managing calendar & schedule
Manage CRM Database
Helping develop and manage client follow-up system,
Edit, update & develop SOP’s when necessary

You will be trained in all these tasks. Looking for someone to initially start working about 5-10 hours a week and eventually will work approximately 15-25 hours a week. Must be willing to work five out of seven days per week including Saturday (aprox. 1-2 hours per day in order to keep pace with fast turnovers). Stable and reliable internet connection. I plan to communicate with you via phone, text, and email; occasionally via skype when face-to-face meetings are appropriate.
