Experienced Real Estate VA

I am looking and interviewing for someone who can work Monday - Fridays 5-6 hours a day.

1. Must be experience with Real Estate (Investment knowledge a PLUS) (Texas Real estate knowledge A PLUS)

2. Must be able to communicate over SKYPE and speak very good English.

3. Knowledge running comps a PLUS ( IF YOU EVER USED HAR.COM A HUGE PLUS)

4. Knowledge of Mail CHimp a plus!

5. Must be adaptable to change, be available, learn fast and be loyal to us

WE NEED YOUR HELP AND YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE FAMILY!

You will be mainly;
1. running comps using the Houston Texas MLS known as HAR,
2. Sending out Email blasts to our investor buyer email list, and posting properties on Facebook.
3. You will be following up with buyers that are/were interested via email, Google Voice text
4. Finding JV (Joint Venture) deals from other Real Estate Wholesalers using my email, craigslist and Facebook.
5.If you speak good english, you will be answering inbound calls (every now and then) and following up with seller leads via outbound calls
6. Misc. tasks - helping me with odd ball tasks
