High Volume Ecommerce store seeking 2 ROCKSTAR Customer Experience Specialists to handle customer inquiries via
2 Shifts available:
Monday-Saturday 9AM-4PM EST (30 minute unpaid lunch break)
Sunday-Friday 2AM-9AM EST (30 minute unpaid lunch break)

We are really looking to provide a WOW experience to every customer we come in contact with. You must have a friendly and empathetic personality and do what it takes to make every customer WOWed after speaking with you. Need to be quick and have the ability to multitask.
