Full Time VA for e-Commerce Company (Shopify/Amazon/Ebay/Houzz)

Rapidly growing e-commerce company looking for a very strong, detail oriented personal assistant. We are looking for a full-time employee to grow with us--you will have the flexibility and room to grow, expand and create something special. We currently sell across the following channels, our website ( ---------- ), Amazon, Ebay and Houzz plus work with the US government. We would like to expand into the Walmart channel as well.

Duties will include:
• Customer Service
• Order Management and processing
• New Product Upload (process already in place) - this is a big immediate need
• Executing promotions across our channels with extreme attention to detail: our website, Amazon, Ebay and Houzz
• Organization of emails
• Light research
• Daily ---------- searches for government contracts
• Depending on your bandwidth, could also use some help with weekly emails to our list and possible Blog articles

About you:
• Quick learner; someone who likes to jump in and help make things better
• Strong English verbal and written skills; very personable on the phone.
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon and eBay—or the willingness to jump in and learn quickly
• Light html coding skills
• Access to and familiarity with Photoshop
• On-page SEO skills a plus
