The Role:
As the company’s Sales Agent, you will be a part of a team of assassins exploring, qualifying and engaging new market segments. You will be working directly with the CEO.
Key Outcomes Within The 1st Year:
-Create 3-5 new Sales Support Processes to improve efficiency by > 25%
-Maximize current inbound sale channel..
-Optimize time to finding qualified leads by 35%.
-Maintain 100 qualified leads per month.
-Actively Support 2-3 Sales Reps/Agents
-Train 2-3 Sales Support Members
Key Activities:
-Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to customers
-Process orders and answer client queries via
-Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices.
-Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
-Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
-Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (English/Business/Marketing majors preferred)
-Minimum of 5 years experience of logistics, accounting, or operations
-Fluent in English: written & speaking (minimal accent)

-Track record of excellent performance metrics
-Full time & ability to work United States (PST) hours
