The Role
As the company’s Marketing Manager, you will have the full support of the executive team to 10x the company from a sales and profitability perspective. You will be working directly with the CEO and Executive team.
Key Activities
Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet.
Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability.
Research, qualify and uncover new marketing channels to x10 sales.
Analyze key metrics that unit our website traffic and quotas
Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing majors preferred
At least 5 years experience in marketing management and consistently meeting or exceeding targets. (B2B digital marketing and advertising)
Fluent in English: written & speaking (minimal accent)
Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred
Adept with Google Analytics, ZenDesk, Google Apps, MS Office, Social Media and CRM tools (active campaign)
Full time & ability to work United States (PST) hours.
