Looking for WordPress Support Executive for a Theme Company

I'm from the team behind Astra WordPress theme — which is one of the most popular themes for WordPress.

And we are looking for a person who can join our customer support team for long term and help our users with the questions they might have about our products.

# Responsibilities:

- Answer support tickets via email and forums
- Help our customers by solving technical WordPress issues.
- Report any bugs or issues to our developers
- Write articles / documentation to avoid repetitive questions.

# Requirements:

- Fluent written English
- Helpful & polite nature
- WordPress debugging to identify problems and fix them
- In depth knowledge of WordPress
- Must be able to write basic CSS
- Knowledge of PHP & JS is not required, but appreciated
