Outbound Cold Calling Ninja Needed for Real Estate Company

My company is searching for a dedicated, reliable, and trustworthy outbound caller to handle our prospecting needs.

*Full time job & who can start right away
*Cold Calls and some Data Entry for the whole shift
*Shift Starts at 10am-1pm Central Time (Chicago), and 5pm-8pm CT, Mon-Fri. And then Saturday 10am-3pm CT
*30-40 hours/week, Monday-Saturday
*Hourly pay, rate Increase will depend on your performance & productivity within 2 months

MUST HAVE:
A quiet place to work from
Noise CANCELLATION HEADSET
Minimum 5mbps WIRED INTERNET & Backup
Minimum i3 or amd6 processor PC/Laptop
Minimum 1 yr experience on outbound phone sales and/or customer service.

Previous real estate experience cold calling, appointment setting and telemarketing is a HUGE ---------- n't be afraid of rejection.

Experience with MOJO a ---------- TE:

**Must be able to pay attention to detail. Please read thoroughly through the application before

**Typing skills at least 30 wpm as you type notes while with the prospect is on the line.
**I am looking for candidates who can start immediately with near-native spoken English.
**Looking for a person of integrity and character who can grow with our company for the long-term.
**Must be reliable and dedicated who can show up to work consistently everyday.
**Positive Attitude who is willing to be coached and open to constructive criticism to be better as quickly as possible.
