T-shirt designer

I am looking for designers who create new designs for t-shirts.
First, you go through some kind of karsting. I test and evaluate ten designs that you send me to see if they go down well with customers. Here I already pay you 10 euros for. The evaluation will take about 4 weeks, then the first results of the customers should be available. If your designs were well received by customers, you will start earning €1.20 per design. With 25 good designs, your earnings will increase by 0.25 Euro per ---------- the beginning you can work your way up to 2.0 Euro per design. If the sale goes well after a while, you will receive a salary ---------- itially I only need a maximum of 100 designs per month.
All rights to the designs submitted by you are assigned to me. This is important because this could be controlled here in Germany.
