Job Summary

Fast growing US-based software company is looking for a tech-savvy virtual assistant. (Working US hours 8am PDT - 5pm PDT)

We’re looking for someone fitting the following description:

-You are a creative problem solver: There’s no sticky situation that you can’t wiggle your way out of, and you always come to the table with solutions.
-You must be internet savvy - as we are a software company :P
-You’re exceptionally detail oriented: You are a perfectionist who never lets anything fall through the cracks.
-You close every loop, spot every error, and look around corners to make sure every detail is perfect.
-You’re a great communicator: You can communicate effectively to anyone, and you know how to modify your tone based on who you’re speaking to. Whether it’s in an email, over the phone, or in person, you know how to get things done through your ability to clearly, directly and professionally express yourself.
-You know how to have fun: You have a sense of humor and can laugh with the best of them

Duties:

-Scheduling Social Media Posts
-Market Research
-Managing release notes on newly released features and bug fixes
-Testing of our software
-Lots more :)

Requirements

-Technical background
-Excellent written English skills
-Fast, reliable computer
-Stable, high-speed internet connection
-Quiet work environment during business hours
-A Bonus would be experience in customer support.
