Virtual Assistant (Homebased)

We're looking for 2 rockstar virtual assistants who can help us with our day to day sales and admin tasks. The lucky candidate will earn $7- $9 per hour depending on experience. We have the main store located in Orlando that's doing really great in sales and we're opening a new store this month that offers high-end furniture from well-known brands like Bernhardt, Legacy Classic Furniture, Hooker Furniture, etc.

Job Description:

• Handle orders from customers based in Orlando, FL or from around the country.
• Answer customer inquiries from all channels: calls, emails, online chat, facebook and other social media accounts.
• Follow-up warm leads daily or weekly.
• Handle order cancellations, order tracking, refunds and quality feedback.
• Update listings with new products released by the suppliers.
• Basic knowledge in social media management (preferable but not required)

Requirements:

• Atleast 1 year experience in customer service.
• Mac / Win 7 or up PC with at least 4gb RAM
• 5 mbps internet connection
• Typing Speed: 50 wpm
• Can work 40 hours per week
• Excellent English Communication Skills (written and speaking)
• Reliable, No attendance issues (we can't afford to lose one unproductive day)
• Willing to learn
