Bookkeeper

Small HVAC Contractor and Graphic Designer (husband & wife) looking for a bookkeeper. Must be an expert with Quickbooks Online. Will rectify bank statements, credit card statements, company's receivables, etc. Will invoice customers using Quickbooks and track that invoices are paid. Will use a program like Expensify to rectify receipts with statements. Need to be fluent in English (reading & writing) and willing to use Skype or similar program to communicate when necessary.
