Web Assistant For Web Research and Data Entry

I am looking for a freelancer to do web research and data entry work. In order to do this, you must be at least be familiar with html. You are going to use some software application, so you must also be comfortable at using some software application before (any software) . For a start, the freelancer will work for about 20 hours a week, if things work out, it can be extended up to 40 hours a week.
